Job Responsibilities:

As a Contact Center Advocate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and promoting products and services that benefit our members.
  • Performing various teller functions, including account management and transaction processing.
  • Assisting members with online banking and bill payment services.
  • Responding to incoming calls, assessing member needs, and providing direct assistance or connecting them to the appropriate resources.
  • Managing loan payoff communications with dealerships and insurance companies.
  • Supporting other departments and branches with member transactions and requests.
  • Adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
