Customer Service Specialist

Clearwater Paper is seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with ordering needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with sales and quality teams to supply customers with product samples and trial inventory to secure new business.
  • Monitor customer order volumes to align with sales forecasts and provide recommendations to Sales Manager/S&OP analyst.
  • Collaborate with scheduling and operations management to balance production targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong command of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to gather data, analyze, and interpret data to set action plans.
