Job Summary

The Legal Administrative Support position provides a wide range of administrative and secretarial duties to support the Legal Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing complex legal documents, correspondence, and other administrative tasks. This is a hybrid telework opportunity, with employees required to work in-person at least two days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Legal Department, including processing legal documents, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with superiors, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Apply and interpret policies, regulations, and laws related to the Legal Department.
  • Take and follow verbal or written direction from supervisors/managers.
Requirements
  • Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with superiors, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience with legal processes, including processing administrative decisions, legal opinions, correspondence, subpoenas, memoranda, and contracts.
  • Ability to apply and interpret policies, regulations, and laws related to the Legal Department.
  • Ability to take and follow verbal or written direction from supervisors/managers.
