  • Designs and distributes email marketing campaigns to promote services and events.
  • Utilizes desktop publishing tools to refine print marketing materials.
  • Analyzes and reports on the performance of websites, email campaigns, events, and digital content.
  • Conducts research to provide insights on industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Ensures consistency and quality in branding across all marketing initiatives.
  • Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the organization's services and the markets served.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years in marketing, advertising, journalism, or communications.
  • Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with mass email marketing tools is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Analytics is advantageous.
  • Background in marketing within engineering, construction, energy, or industrial sectors is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO is beneficial.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure and dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
