Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospice Care Advocate and Growth Strategist to join our team at Choice Health at Home. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in hospice sales and a passion for educating patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals about the benefits of hospice and palliative care.

Job Summary:

The Hospice Care Advocate and Growth Strategist will be responsible for establishing new referral relationships, ensuring growth of the agency through service to the elderly, chronic, and seriously ill populations, and demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal laws relating to marketing of the agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish New Referral Relationships: The ideal candidate will have the ability to establish strong, new personal connections quickly and present Choice Health at Home's compelling care model in a way that sets us apart as the provider of choice.
  • Ensure Growth of the Agency: This role requires a deep understanding of the needs of our patients and the healthcare professionals who care for them, and the ability to ensure that our agency is meeting those needs.
  • Demonstrate Compliance with Laws and Regulations: The Hospice Care Advocate and Growth Strategist must have a thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to marketing of the agency and ensure compliance.
  • Develop Public Relations Program: The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and implement a public relations program that effectively communicates the agency's services and fosters good working relations with physicians and community agencies.
  • Meet Admission Goals: This role requires a strong focus on meeting and exceeding admission goals on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 Years of Hospice Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in hospice sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance: A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.
  • HomeCare HomeBase Experience: Experience with HomeCare HomeBase is preferred, but not required.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We are open to discussing compensation packages that meet your needs.
