Key Responsibilities:

Develop and produce high-quality marketing materials, including proposals, qualification packages, and other collateral.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to create social media and website content, and work with internal teams to produce content.

Analyze potential leads for viability and provide insight and direction to junior team members.

Maintain accurate project and company information in the content library and CRM database.

Assist with the execution of day-to-day marketing projects and support the Marketing team's long-term goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, advertising, or a related field.

5-10 years of experience creating proposal and qualification packages, with a strong background in writing, layout, and production.

Strong technical writing skills, including command of tone, mechanics, and grammar.

Ability to work collaboratively and independently on assignments, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign programs, with a great sense of visual style and layout.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a strong work ethic and sense of teamwork.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work extended hours when necessary to accomplish project goals.

Occasional travel to other office locations, project sites, or trade shows.

Ability to operate a computer, telephone, and other commonly used business-related items.
