Available Shifts:

  • Monday - Friday; 6 am - 2 pm & 2 pm - 10 pm
  • Saturday & Sunday; 6 am - 2 pm
  • Rotating Night Shift Schedule: 10 pm - 6 am

Compensation, Benefits, and Advantages of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

  • $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates
  • Competitive Salary Based on Experience
  • Shift Differential Pay (at participating locations)
  • Paid Time Off (PTO+) accrued after 30 days of employment; earn additional PTO as you work (full-time only)

Key Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

  • Highly motivated and capable of assisting in all aspects of nursing care
  • Deliver services that exceed company and regulatory standards
  • Initiate and manage individualized nursing care plans
  • Assess and document residents' conditions and nursing needs
  • Accurately implement physicians' orders in a timely manner
  • Delegate nursing care to team members based on residents' needs and staff qualifications
  • Administer medications and perform treatments for assigned residents
  • Document treatments as required
  • Ensure efficient use of supplies and maintain equipment in a safe manner
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN School of Nursing
  • One year of nursing experience preferred
  • Valid LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • COVID vaccination required
  • Must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills with residents, families, and all levels of the organization
  • Ability to respond decisively in emergency situations
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
