Job Responsibilities- Patient Care Oversight: Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care across multiple units.
- Staff Management: Collaborate with staff members to ensure effective care coordination and communication.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain accurate records to ensure quality care is delivered.
- Active RN Licensure: Possess an active RN licensure in New Mexico.
- Nursing Experience: Have at least 2 years of clinical experience in acute care settings; experience across multiple specialties is highly desirable.
- Certifications: Hold current ACLS and CPR certifications; PALS and TNCC certifications preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Possess strong leadership, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
