Broadly is a leading provider of customer experience solutions for local service businesses. We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join our Customer Care Team as a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Investigate and resolve account, product, billing, and technical issues
  • Collect feedback for product improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall customer experience
  • Manage and prioritize inbound support channels with speed and accuracy
  • Brainstorm and develop process improvements to build value for Broadly

Requirements:

  • Strong ability to communicate with confidence, integrity, and compassion
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to switch gears quickly and manage time
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and/or Google Suite
  • Experience with handling inbound calls
  • Strong sense of humor

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or in pursuit of)
  • Bi/Multi-lingual
  • Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRMs and/or ticketing systems)
  • Prior startup experience
  • Project management skills
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Experience working and training remotely
