Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate reimbursement processes by collecting and verifying patient demographic and insurance information.

  • Create and maintain medical records to support patient care.
  • Welcome patients warmly upon their arrival for services.
  • Collect co-payments and pre-payments, ensuring timely patient arrival to clinical areas.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment or equivalent education.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and third-party payer protocols is essential.
  • Proven track record in customer service and patient care.
