Job Summary

As a Patient Access Representative Lead with Franciscan Medical Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless patient access to our healthcare services. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of our policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide orientation and training to new staff members on regionally-approved guidelines and procedures.
  • Monitor individual performance to ensure accuracy and productivity standards are met.
  • Participate in the development and updating of policies and procedures.
  • Resolve patient access-related issues and perform day-to-day workload distribution activities.
Requirements

A minimum of one year of experience as a Patient Access Representative II (or equivalent) is required. Previous lead or supervisory experience is desirable. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22.05 - $28.62.
