Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and innovative professional to take on the role of Marketing & Communications Manager. This role is crucial in steering the creation and execution of promotional materials, including brochures, multimedia content, and digital assets, alongside managing website development and campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication Strategy: Lead and implement marketing communication strategies that align with the business objectives of FC Industries and its various brands.
  • Brand Oversight: Manage and uphold the brand integrity across multiple sectors, ensuring that all communications reflect the brand's values and standards.
  • Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, effectively pitching stories and securing coverage.
  • Project Management: Demonstrate exceptional project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Creative Development: Utilize a strong creative vision to conceptualize and produce compelling marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to internal teams and external partners, ensuring cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
  • Proven ability to manage projects effectively and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining media relationships.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Premiere.
  • Experience in web design and digital marketing.

Essential Functions:

  • 40% Communication Direction: Oversee marketing communications to support business goals.
  • 50% Brand Management: Champion brand standards and create impactful storytelling campaigns.
  • 10% Supervision: Provide oversight for marketing efforts and budget management.

This role is pivotal in enhancing the visibility and reputation of FC Industries and its brands through strategic marketing initiatives.
