Role Overview:

As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in articulating our brand narrative and crafting genuine communications that resonate with our clients and internal teams. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute marketing communications aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans across various business lines.
  • Oversee the creation, production, and dissemination of media, including websites, press releases, videos, social media content, and event materials.
  • Maintain content for internal digital communication platforms.
  • Safeguard brand standards across all product lines.
  • Collaborate with experts in sales, engineering, IT, and HR.
  • Engage with freelancers, marketing agencies, media representatives, and industry associations.
  • Manage corporate tradeshow displays and related logistics.
  • Represent FC Industries in public relations initiatives as needed.
  • Administer contracts, subscriptions, and budgets associated with marketing efforts.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and quality system requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
  • Strong project management capabilities and excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Creative and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Proven experience in building relationships with media and successfully pitching stories.
  • Knowledge of market research and business development to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Understanding of long-term market forecasts and competitive positioning.
  • Experience leading marketing and communications for multiple brands.
  • Ability to create promotional materials that accurately reflect brand identity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Experience in web design.
  • Familiarity with MS Clarity, Google Analytics, and Google Ads for performance management and SEO.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to navigate production facilities and client locations as necessary.
  • Proficient in operating office equipment, including computers and copiers.
  • Capability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to set up and dismantle trade show displays as required.
