We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Escrow Officer to join our team at New Era Escrow. As an Escrow Officer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the escrow process for residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the escrow process for residential and commercial real estate transactions
- Review and analyze title reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient closing
- Prepare and review escrow instructions and other documents
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- 5+ years of experience in an independent escrow company
- DFPI clearance
- Experience with industry software such as QUALIA or RBJ
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Competitive salary range: $54,000 - $72,000 per year
- Full health insurance
- Paid time off
