About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Services Expert to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beauty services to our guests, including brow waxing, facial waxing, and brow tinting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Service: Demonstrate and sell Benefit products, achieving personal and boutique sales goals.
  • Service Delivery: Perform short services, including eyebrow and facial waxing, and brow tinting, while actively recommending additional services as appropriate.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service at all times, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Operations: Maintain State Board compliant areas, keeping accurate and complete records, and follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures.
  • Teamwork: Partner with prestige consultants and salon professionals to promote teamwork and drive sales.
  • Training and Development: Attend all mandatory training and team meetings to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma is preferred, and a cosmetology or esthetics license is required where applicable.
  • Experience: Experience in makeup application, eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting is preferred.
  • Skills: Demonstrates significant competency in sales, products, and service, with strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Continuous mobility during shift, frequent standing, pulling, pushing, crouching, stooping, reaching, bending, and twisting during shift.
  • Lifting and Moving: Continuous lifting and/or moving up to 10 lbs. during shift, with the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
