About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Cashier to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest receives a personalized and engaging experience.
  • Manage cash transactions, including handling sales, refunds, and exchanges, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cashwrap, sales floor, and backroom.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve sales goals, drive loyalty results, and promote a positive store culture.
  • Assist in the training of new cashiers and cross-train other associates in cashiering procedures.
Requirements
  • 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
  • Experience addressing guests' concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.
