Brow Waxing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Brow Waxing Expert to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a key member of our beauty services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert brow waxing and facial services.

• Provide high-quality brow waxing and facial services to customers, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment
• Demonstrate and sell Benefit products, achieving personal and boutique sales goals
• Perform short services, including eyebrow and facial waxing, and brow tinting, while actively recommending additional services as needed
• Maintain State Board compliant areas, keeping accurate and complete records
• Provide excellent customer service at all times, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
• Book return services, makeup lessons, and events, while converting 60% of service customers into Benefit product sales
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during, and after services, ensuring board compliance at all times
• Partner with prestige consultants and salon professionals to promote teamwork and drive sales
• Assist in all in-store operational processes, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Ensure prestige department and boutique standards are adhered to, maintaining a high level of quality and excellence
• Attend all mandatory training and team meetings, staying up-to-date on the latest products and services

• High school diploma preferred
• Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law
• Experience in makeup application, eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting preferred
• Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work
