Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Beauty Stylist to join our team As a Beauty Stylist, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of products and services, including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, makeup applications, and ear piercing. You'll build personal and professional relationships with our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their complete satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform hair services, including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable)
  • Build personal and professional rapport with all guests
  • Provide professional product recommendations as part of all services
  • Meet/exceed all individual sales and productivity goals
  • Attend mandatory education events and workshops
  • Assist in store duties, such as filling Salon retail displays and shelves
  • Adhere to all Salon standards for guest service and cleanliness
  • Attend manager-led monthly business development meetings to support personal business growth
  • Demonstrate your personal style while adhering to the Ulta Beauty dress code
Requirements
  • 18+ years old with a Cosmetology and/or Barber license
  • Proficiency with latest salon techniques
  • Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work
  • An engaging personality to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
