Compensation:

$11 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with housekeeping to guarantee guest rooms are ready
  • Perform routine administrative duties to keep accurate guest records
  • Manage incoming calls and face-to-face inquiries about room availability, pricing, amenities, and special requests
  • Welcome, register, and check out guests, issue keys, and collect payment details
  • Address and resolve guest concerns as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation software
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Ability to handle phone calls and manage challenging situations effectively
