Job Title: Field Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Account Executive to join our team at Collabera. As a Field Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a territory of 40-70 accounts, maintaining existing customers, and developing net new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a territory of 40-70 accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Utilize sales and administrative skills to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B and direct-to-consumer sales.
  • Previous experience maintaining existing customers and developing net new business.
  • Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in Excel and experience working with internal sales admin systems.
  • Growth mindset and previous long-term work engagements.
  • Good time management skills and positive attitude.
