  • Direct the engagement with hardware and cross-functional teams to support the fixing and root-cause analysis of hardware issues,
  • Facilitate communication and creative problem-solving to identify root causes of customer issues, categorize failures, and support the implementation of corrective measures.
  • Handle vendor relationships, working with the HW team to ensure the suitability and performance of high-quality components and alignment to project specifications.
  • You will work closely with customer-facing teams in technical support and marketing/sales, as well as product groups in engineering and manufacturing.

Requirements:
