Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Support the Executive Head Chef in maintaining the highest standards of food quality across all kitchen operations.
  • Standards Compliance: Adhere to Aqua's rigorous standards for food preparation, recipes, and presentation.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure all kitchen stations are adequately staffed and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Service Precision: Oversee seasonings, portions, and presentation to uphold exceptional food service standards.
  • Waste Reduction: Implement proper storage techniques for unused food to minimize waste and enhance quality.
  • Budget Oversight: Assist in managing budgetary and payroll expenses as required.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes while maintaining high quality.
  • Inventory Oversight: Aid the Head Chef in checking and ordering fresh produce and pantry items.
  • Staff Development: Lead by example to foster staff morale and retention, conducting training and inductions in line with company standards.
