Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LPN or RN to join our team at Obstetrics & Gynecology Associates of Hampton. As an OBGYN Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our physicians in a busy and dynamic practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Physicians with Patient Care: Provide hands-on support to our physicians during patient exams and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.
  • Triage Phone Calls: Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues as needed.
  • Schedule and Authorize Surgeries: Coordinate with patients and physicians to schedule surgeries and other medical procedures, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and preparations are completed.
  • Clerical and OSHA Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, perform clerical duties, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Timely Patient Flow: Coordinate patient flow throughout the practice, ensuring that patients are seen in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Positive Image of the Practice: Represent our practice in a positive and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our patients feel valued and respected.
Requirements
  • LPN or RN licensure
  • OB-GYN experience preferred
  • Autonomous and self-motivated individual
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
