Responsibilities- Provide health promotion and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions.
- Prescribe medication, examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and provide treatment.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- 8 or more years of technical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or in a related field.
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience.
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in the appropriate state.
- Masters in Science of Nursing/PA.
