Nurse Practitioner

ERP International is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in support of the Women's Health Clinic at Langley AFB, VA.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in women's health and be able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate patient care in collaboration with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes in relation to clinical care, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Perform physical exams and health histories, provide health promotions, counseling, and education, and administer medications and wound care as needed.
- Direct and supervise care provided by other healthcare professionals and make patient care assignments based on scope of practice and skill level.
- Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and react quickly in emergency situations, communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of people to inform the healthcare team of plans and actions.
- Make referral appointments and arrange specialty care as appropriate, perform nursing services identified in the TO, and conduct research in support of improved practice and patient outcomes.
- Minimum BSN degree and active, unrestricted RN license.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience within the past 2 years in women's health or OB/GYN.
- Life support certifications, such as BLS and ACLS, and ability to pass a Government background check and obtain a Government security clearance.
