Job Title: Parts Fulfillment Specialist

Job SummaryAs a key member of our team, the Parts Order Management Advisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the order process, from initial inquiry to final delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate product availability to customers.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

The salary range for this role is $45K - $48K DOE, and the location is Smyrna, GA.
