Youth Development Specialist

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Youth Development Specialist to join our team at St. Benedict's Episcopal Day School.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in youth development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students.

About the Role:

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs and activities for preschoolers.
  • Supervise and mentor preschool staff members, providing guidance on best practices and supporting their professional growth.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local organizations, community groups, and families to enhance our preschool program.
  • Collaborate with the school administration to align our preschool program with the school's mission and goals.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a leadership role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
