Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Larson Design Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing large clients and projects, managing personnel, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, engineering, or business.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
