  • Manage assigned and self-generated leads from inception to close-out and final collection.
  • Develop new leads through canvassing, cold calling, referrals, and personal marketing efforts.
  • Conduct roof inspections to evaluate conditions and diagnose issues, including age, defects, and storm damage.
  • Act as a trusted adviser, reviewing evaluations with clients and providing tailored options.
  • Assist clients with project scoping, material, and color selections.
  • Collaborate with insurance companies and adjusters to expedite claims processing.
