Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance activities of the plant, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and upgraded as needed.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and protocols to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and investigations to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including daily logs, work sheets, and equipment PMs.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and apply them to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of machine shop, electrical shop, and maintenance shop techniques and procedures.
  • Ability to negotiate with contractors and vendors to secure maintenance services and supplies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
