Patient Liaison Role

At Covenant Health (Tennessee), we are seeking a skilled Patient Liaison to join our team at Parkwest Medical Center. As a key member of our Consumer Relations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients and their families receive exceptional care and support throughout their hospital stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to patients, visitors, and family members in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide clear and concise information regarding patients in surgery, recovery, cath lab, and endoscopy.
  • Locate family members for physicians after surgery if necessary.
  • Follow policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Complete required education assignments annually.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives as requested.


Requirements:
  • No minimum education required; will accept any combination of formal education and/or prior work experience sufficient to demonstrate possession of the knowledge, skill, and ability needed to perform the essential tasks of the job.
  • Preference may be given to individuals possessing a high school diploma or GED.
  • No minimum experience required.
  • No licensure requirement.
