    • Initiate actions to support property revenue and profitability goals.
    • Understand how food and beverage product variability affects profitability.
    • Review and sign off on invoices.
    • Monitor and resolve balance issues.
    • Consolidate reports for period-end review.
    • Review property performance with Regional Director.
    • Ensure compliance with Avendra.
  • Maintaining Revenue Management Goals
    • Manage the relationship with the revenue management office.
    • Review and work with revenue management reports.
    • Balance inventory to ensure same-day sellouts.
  • Managing Relationships with Property Stakeholders
    • Keep brand leadership team, owners, and above property stakeholders updated on property performance.
    • Prepare and present reports using financial and performance data.
    • Conduct property critiques and annual business reviews.
    • Participate in ad hoc owner conference calls and respond to owner requests.
    • Respond to off-property requests for sales information.
  • Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities
    • Lead employees through property changes and help them transition into new roles.
    • Understand performance expectations for all positions within the property.
    • Conduct day-to-day Human Resource transactions to support property needs.
    • Complete management training and cascade training to employees.
    • Facilitate cross-training to support employee professional growth and operational excellence.
    • Monitor local hiring and compensation trends.
    • Conduct performance review process for employees.
    • Support recruitment efforts and actively recruit employees with basic food and beverage skill sets.
Benefits and Compensation
