Position Overview

This unique program, known as the Farmers Insurance Protégé Program, is tailored for aspiring entrepreneurs aiming for a structured pathway to agency ownership with Farmers Insurance. Over a span of 6-12 months, you will collaborate with a seasoned, high-performing mentor agent while gaining access to extensive training and resources designed to pave your way to success as an agency owner. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prospective clients with optimal insurance policy recommendations tailored to their unique needs after evaluating their individual circumstances and objectives.
  • Engage in outreach through phone calls, text messages, and emails to enhance sales revenue from potential clients.
  • Develop new and ongoing business by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products.
  • Achieve specified business production targets to ensure the agency meets its overall financial objectives.
  • Generate precise insurance quotes by utilizing accurate data, customer information, and available insurance rates.
  • Address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Market and solicit information regarding the products and services offered.
  • Resolve product-related issues and concerns efficiently.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.
  • Continuously develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of evolving products and services.

Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year of sales experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities.
