Position Overview

A Systems Engineer at Hidden Level will leverage their expertise to enhance internal product innovation and facilitate customer integration and adoption processes. This will involve the assessment and support of sensor systems throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

CONTRIBUTE TO THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE SENSOR TECHNOLOGIES:

  • Collaborate within a focused team dedicated to tackling complex challenges and achieving results.
  • Assist in the derivation and documentation of system requirements, incorporating insights from various technical fields.
  • Support the creation of system architectures for new hardware and software solutions.
  • Design and implement algorithms and analytical methods for radar, direction finding, or other surveillance sensor systems.
  • Facilitate and engage in design and code review sessions.

ENGAGE IN THE VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION OF HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE SYSTEMS:

  • Participate in the planning and design of live testing events, both internally and externally.
  • Provide hands-on support in the field for testing surveillance sensor systems.
  • Develop methodologies and tools to assess and evaluate the performance of radar and surveillance sensor systems.
  • Prepare test reports and derive data-driven conclusions and recommendations based on testing outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • A strong enthusiasm for technology and a collaborative mindset.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Radar and/or communication systems.
    • Sensor performance modeling and simulation.
    • Digital signal processing.
    • Analytical programming environments such as MATLAB or Python.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to listen, inquire, and comprehend stakeholder requirements.
