As a Senior Travel Counselor at P&T Business Platforms, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional travel experiences for our clients. Your mission is to build commercial value, strengthen our brand, and delight our travelers.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Delight the Traveler: Listen and lead conversations to solve problems in a timely manner, create domestic and international travel arrangements, and build credibility and loyalty to our brand.
  • Build CWT's Commercial Value: Sell products that drive profitability, operate with discretion, and maintain a favorable working relationship with colleagues.
  • Represent and Strengthen the CWT Brand: Embody our values, adapt to changing business needs, and leverage technology to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years' experience in the travel industry in a similar position or in a customer service center
  • Previous VIP Customer experience preferred
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Sabre GDS
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented
  • Proven ability to create travel arrangements
  • Ability to handle multi-cultural and multi-lingual clientele
  • Diplomatic problem solver and results-driven
  • Adaptable and motivated to learn
  • Proficiency in technology and Microsoft Excel
