About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Hourly Supervisor to join our team at Torchy's Tacos. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, delivering exceptional guest service, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the management team in maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Run efficient shifts, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities to team members to ensure a smooth service experience.
  • Work closely with the team to resolve guest and employee issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, manage cash handling, and oversee curbside and pick-up operations.
  • Support the creation of prep lists, conduct line setups, and ensure a high level of food quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Must have a strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and walk for extended periods.
