About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading shifts, managing assigned systems, and ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and manage assigned systems, including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on results
  • Ensure that Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience
  • Manage sales promotions, train service staff, and maintain a well-organized Front Counter and Drive-Thru area
  • Control food cost, ensure quality food, and maintain a safe kitchen environment

Requirements
  • Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
