**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of work, disciplining employees, handling training, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the workflow of technicians, ensuring timely completion of tasks and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Discipline employees when necessary, following established procedures and protocols.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new employees, including safety training and equipment operation.
  • Ensure all technicians have the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and understand its proper use.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
  • Prepare reports for management, highlighting technician efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage and schedule pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Inspect vehicles before and after use, ensuring all items are stocked and clean for next use.
  • Manage the usage of chemicals, dry ice, supplies, and equipment, ensuring proper usage and safety protocols are followed.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a similar industry.
  • Basic mechanical skills to troubleshoot, disassemble, and reassemble household electrical equipment.
  • Able to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and read/write English fluently.
  • Neat and well-groomed appearance.
  • Self-starter with the ability to excel and manage with minimal direction.
  • Ability to manage a team of up to 14 employees, ensuring maximum revenue generation.
