Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Operations Manager to join our team at Guardian Operations LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our repair and maintenance production department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive plans for repair and maintenance projects, including scheduling, labor and resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance, technical training, and support as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee all aspects of repair and maintenance work to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality requirements.
  • Customer Relations: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns related to projects.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement, and make timely decisions to keep projects on track.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of proven experience managing production operations and people.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong trust levels with clients.
  • Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Compensation
  • $80,000 - $90,000/year.
