POSITION SUMMARY:

Guardian is seeking a results-driven Production Manager to provide leadership, expertise, and business insight in overseeing daily operations and all facets of repair and maintenance production. The ideal candidate will excel in a collaborative environment, managing multiple projects and personnel to meet critical deadlines while ensuring 100% client satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Management: Formulate detailed plans for repair and maintenance initiatives, encompassing scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of technicians, providing necessary training and support.
  • Meetings: Conduct daily departmental meetings and weekly safety discussions.
  • Work Environment: Cultivate a positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth among technicians.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all repair and maintenance tasks adhere to industry standards, safety protocols, and company quality benchmarks.
  • Inspections: Perform regular evaluations and quality assessments to uphold high workmanship standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Client Communication: Engage effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any project-related concerns.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Review production data to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
  • Decision-Making: Make prompt decisions to keep projects aligned with timelines and client expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in managing production operations and personnel.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, fostering trust and delivering a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
  • Proficient in cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, inspiring and motivating teams.
  • Physical ability to work on roofs, including heights of up to 40 feet.
  • Capacity to sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
