POSITION SUMMARY:

Guardian is seeking a results-driven Production Manager to provide leadership, technical expertise, and business insight in overseeing daily operations and all facets of repair and maintenance production. The ideal candidate will excel in a collaborative environment, managing multiple projects and personnel to meet critical deadlines while ensuring 100% client satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed plans for repair and maintenance projects, encompassing scheduling, labor and resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance, technical training, and support as necessary.
  • Conduct and lead daily department meetings and weekly safety briefings.
  • Promote a positive work atmosphere that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth among technicians.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee all aspects of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality benchmarks.
  • Perform regular inspections and quality assessments to uphold high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relations: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns related to projects.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Make timely decisions to keep projects on schedule and ensure successful outcomes with a focus on customer needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in managing production operations and personnel.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, capable of building strong trust with clients and delivering an outstanding experience throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Robust technical knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across various departments.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Physical ability to work on roofs, including heights of up to 40 feet.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

COMPENSATION:

  • $80,000 - $90,000/year
