Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, and managing Active Directory and Windows environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support for laptops and desktops.
- Manage Active Directory and Windows environments.
- Handle escalations from the help desk and administer support tickets.
- Assist users both in person and over the phone.
- Execute patch management, inventory management, imaging, and implement workstation backup systems.
- Perform software deployments and assorted project work as needed.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in desktop support and IT troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Active Directory and Windows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Experience in tier-1 and tier-2 support, including help desk escalations.
Additional Requirements:
Candidates must be vaccinated for Covid and willing to take the flu shot if needed.
