  • Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support for laptops and desktops.
  • Manage Active Directory and Windows environments.
  • Handle escalations from the help desk and administer support tickets.
  • Assist users both in person and over the phone.
  • Execute patch management, inventory management, imaging, and implement workstation backup systems.
  • Perform software deployments and assorted project work as needed.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in desktop support and IT troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory and Windows.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Experience in tier-1 and tier-2 support, including help desk escalations.

Additional Requirements:

Candidates must be vaccinated for Covid and willing to take the flu shot if needed.
