About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sound Credit Union. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members via phone, ensuring their financial needs are met with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions, including withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, and transfers.
  • Provide members with account status, including current balances and loan details.
  • Assist members with inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and member satisfaction.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be bondable and able to pass a background check.
