Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team at HearingLife. As the primary point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating interactions with healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with company protocols.
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
- Ensuring compliance with company protocols and procedures
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of previous front office experience, preferably in a customer service or sales setting
