Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for your region, ensuring optimal staffing levels and effective performance management of all team members.
  • Enhance team engagement and productivity across multiple locations, fostering an environment that encourages retention and professional growth.

Leadership Attributes:

Establish and maintain trust with store teams by setting clear, measurable objectives, holding yourself and others accountable, and maintaining open lines of communication.


  • Build a robust leadership team by recruiting and promoting store management candidates to meet future staffing needs, while ensuring current teams receive the necessary training, coaching, and feedback.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of financial reports, including P&L statements and gap analyses, while monitoring sales, expenses, labor costs, and inventory management. Use this data to coach Store Managers towards improved profitability.
  • Perform regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards regarding store conditions, promotions, operational procedures, and financial controls.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and product quality while managing safety and security within your territory.
  • Focus on food service operations, driving sales, and maintaining food safety standards.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned by the Regional Manager.
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodations.

Working Relationships:

Collaborate with store team members, regional management, and various departments including Human Resources, Marketing, and Risk Management.


Qualifications:
Education:

High School diploma or GED required; a college degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

A minimum of 10 years in retail, with 1-3 years in multi-unit management or restaurant general management preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:

ServSafe Certification is required; candidates must ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Soft Skills:

Strong team-building and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential. Candidates should be able to multitask and effectively manage various challenges.

Travel Requirements:

This role requires significant travel across locations.

Work Schedule:

Typically Monday to Friday, with a commitment of 40-50 hours per week, depending on business needs.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move items up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
