Regional President Job Description

As the primary leader of our regional operations, the Regional President plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and development in their assigned territory. This key position is responsible for spearheading the bank's efforts to expand its corporate banking presence, recruit and lead high-performing teams, and foster strong relationships with key clients and community leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market penetration.
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams of commercial bankers, focusing on recruitment, development, and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial solutions and meet client needs.
  • Manage regional corporate banking portfolios, ensuring growth, credit quality, and loan structure standards are met.
  • Engage with local communities, participating in leadership groups, civic organizations, and community activities to promote the bank's brand and reputation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of corporate banking experience, with a focus on C&I and CRE.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple locations and work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
