About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Member Resource Center Representative to join our team at Greater Nevada Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our members through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective communication with members via phone, video, and electronic channels.
  • Meet performance goals established by management, including product sales/referrals and member interactions per hour.
  • Apply appropriate procedures and reporting requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act.
Requirements
  • Previous call center experience preferred.
  • Bilingual is a plus.

  • A competitive salary of $35,000 - $49,000 per year, dependent on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as health savings account contributions.
