Quality Assurance Analyst Job Description

The Housing Company is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement test plans to ensure the quality of our products and services.
  • Identify and document system and product defects, and validate post-defect resolution.
  • Participate in system and product design reviews and provide input on functional requirements, schedules, issues, and risks.
  • Lead and support projects to update necessary alignments or corrections of HR data elements across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in data analysis with foundational understanding of people data.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, efficiently prioritize projects, and embrace new challenges.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to find root causes of data quality issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with different levels of business leadership, business users, and functional teams.
