Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to our Property Manager in overseeing our apartment community.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, administrative, organizational, and time management skills, with knowledge of fair housing regulations being beneficial.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Property Manager in preparing initial and follow-up correspondence on all matters relating to the property being managed.
- Maintain records in a timely, accurate, and organized manner.
- Prepare plans and provide for the implementation of special administrative projects.
- Assist Property Manager with the Processing of all forms of tenant recertification, including verification, certification, annual and interim re-certification, and maintain leases as needed.
- Abide by all HUD management, 4350 & LIHTC guidelines.
- Administrative experience required.
- Prior experience in property management helpful.
- Project-based Section 8 experience helpful.
- Experience with Yardi is helpful.
- Computer literacy required.
