Job Title: Construction Manager III

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager III to join our team at IEA Constructors LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for directing, planning, and managing the overall construction project from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the construction project team to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and schedule.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on solar or EPC construction.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong understanding of construction techniques, estimating, and project management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
